Cute jumping spider

Was at my parent's house and noticed this cute little guy in mid air hanging from a tiny thread. I took him home, took pics of it and let it go.

I know spiders have lots of eyes, but is that really another pair near the back of his head - facing to the side (most easily seen on left side of last pic)?

Yeah, they got a cluster of eyes, some on the side, which can probably see what's behind it.
