CPASA meetups

Hmmm Nobody talked about the last months meeting! @Nepenthes Odyssey drove down from Phoenix to join us, which is awesome! She won't be down this month but sounds like she may next month. I believe she brought two Neps to giveaway. @Mikes_little_oasis once again brought a handful of Nep seedlings to giveaway and I brought packets of VFT seeds for everyone. Also in attendance was @Werdna who brought everyone a Ceph. Brewer's Giant. There was also a first time visiter (kinda new to CPs IIRC) that Werdna invited, Shahar.
Anyone else in the surrounding areas thinking about joining us at some time, should!

Just posting a quick reminder that the next CPASA meetup will be this Saturday (TOMORROW), July 15th at Borderlands Brewery from 5pm to whenever we get tired of talking.
Also @Pochi plant that's so cool! I'll bring you a pack of VFT seeds I collected last month. :) also, I would love the chance to play with your culture plants!

Another great meeting was had, 5pm to midnight for some of us! Lets see if I can remember the details. :)
In attendance was (in 1st photo) @Mikes_little_oasis bottom left, @Pochi plant and his girlfriend on same seat drove down from Phoenix. Across from her is Belicia's father (they seemed to have good but likely not CP talk the whole evening) and myself bottom right of that table. @Werdna and Belicia at the next table.
Pochi plant brought in vitro plants for all who wanted to try! Belicia brought a D. prolifera to giveaway. Werdna brought Cephs for new guests Pochi plant and Belicia and I brought VFT seed packs for them as well. Mike brought in more plants for everyone: Nepenthes seedlings, a ping and a D. madagascariensis I believe.
Oh, table plants! I brought S. "southern comfort" (LH28= leuco x minor 'Okee Giant'), werdna brought Ceph. UC Davis and mike's oasis brought N. Bokorensis x veitchii (candy dreams) and you can see Pochi plant's TC containers all over the place too! Werdna's ceph is hard to see in the photos and plant specific pics were not taken... 'Looks a lot like one of our Portland area plant meetings. I have made very good friends over the years and I always look forward to seeing them again and talking carnivores. Well done, guys!
