I have found very little on this topic. I would like to know a good source or list of which CP cultivars are copyrighted ( meaning royalties are paid if one sells the plant ). Any ideas?
Homer, I'm not sure if you are aware that plants can't be trademarked, only names can be. An excellent example is Heritage River Birch - Betula nigra 'Cully', which has a trademarked name of Heritage attached to it.
