A nice but rather uncommon semi-deciduous orchid, believe it or not this one isn't a Catasetum even though it looks and grows like one, but is closely related to the genus Bletia. If you grow CPs outdoors down South you might know about them, as Bletia purpurea is a weedy native that likes bog conditions. This one is definitely an epiphyte or occasional lithophyte, so a hybrid could prove interesting. Supposed to be fragrant but I never noticed anything:
