This is one bad boy!

A guy in Colorado Springs took these pictures. This big boy wanders the downtown streets.
There are two separate base antlers on each side, plus a big drop on the right side. What a Beauty!!

What's that hanging from it's face?

It is skin aka 'Velvet" on his antlers to provide nutrients to the growing bone underneath. He is shedding his. That means he added a few more tines and inches to that rack of his. It is a natural occurrence that happens annually....I would hate to be the unfortunate tree that he finds to rub on!
