I don't believe this N. veitchii form is anywhere in commercial production yet.

I'd guess that they either had seeds or plant material sent to them that was at one time collected from the Bario locale.

Then once they had the plant material or seeds even, these would be further propagated and shared with friends or other hobbyists...the same as it always is.

Yeah just because someone has an amazing specimen doesn't mean it is in commercial production...
