Can a vft only have 9 traps?

I read somewhere that a vft can only have 9 traps at a time. Is this true?

No, I had 25 once...

If you have 20 or more, you have more than one plant.

There is no limit to the number of traps one plant can have.

yea mines has like 9 , som are blackening and som are growing out some of my traps are limp is it cuz its too heavy? som one answer me
