This is what my wife told me: It seems that she is one of three things:

1) she is on drugs; or,
2) she is on the verge of a mental breakdown; or,
3) both 1 and 2.

She went into some saloon and said she wanted to shave her head and they questioned her. Then she started doing it herself.

She also got two tatoos; while she was there she was mumbling and incoherent.
