Brassia Spike

I have a Brassia that just finished dropping all its blooms. Do I cut the spike or leave it? Will it re-bloom like a Phalenopsis or not?

Any one else grow these orchids, I think they are the prettiest there is.

Thanks

T. Buck.

I have a brassia...a pic of it is posted on another thread in this forum. Its a b. 'Spiders Feast' and I love it! When mine finished blooming I cut the spike off (as it was dead).

They will certainly rebloom but not off a spent spike. The will rebloom on new growth. My brassia is setting out lots of roots and new growths so I'm hopeful for flower spikes eventually.

I love the brassia as well and hope to get more.
