Hay all, Hellz here and we’re back again I made this account in 2004 and I can’t believe this forum is still alive and kicking! Just got back into collecting recently and am so excited to be here again My indoor set up is pretty serious so I’ve been rapidly filling it up, will post more pics soon. Just showing it off as well as some plant mail I just got in! Feels good to come back to this hobby after decades, hope to connect with everyone old and new and share our love for these amazing plants

Thanks brother good to be back! Totally agree, flytraps make excellent indoor plants given enough artificial light! Plus no need for dormancy if they are fertilized and fed consistently and they don’t grow that tall so space isn’t an issue. Gonna be chasing large traps with all my VFT, here’s a recent pic of my dedicated VFT tier in the mini greenhouse

Those look great! I find it surprises people if you show them vfts growing well in mid-winter.

Chasing large traps eh, have you seen Mammoth? I recently got a bunch going, repotted a bunch today into 3.5" pots for the reptile show next month. I should have taken a photo before I destroyed how pretty they were all tangled together lol But here is some from today's transplanting... (dentate in the left tray)

Beautiful! They don’t look too bad for a repot, gotta love all the rows of smiling jaws I up-potted mine just last night into taller pots to allow space for root growth (and thus bigger traps!)
I have a green mammoth in there. It puts out the largest traps out of all the cultivars I’ve got so far!
Happy to be back brother, it’s hard to believe I forgot about this hobby for so long but distance makes the heart grow fonder as they say, plus it’s nice to get back into the hobby with grown finances compared to HS/College
