Baby sundews!

Whoo, I just lucked out! I got a new VFT and I just noticed two really tiny sundews came in the pot. They're only a couple of mm large, and I don't know what species, but I'm thinking of transplanting them to new pots... how large should they be before I do that?

Early on is better than later. I usually transplant after the plant has 4 or 5 true carnivorous leaves, before long roots have formed.
