Why are some B-52 with flat rosette but some are upright? I see many pictures with the label B-52 and the traps are low to the ground and then I see other pictures labeled the same but the traps are long.
Flytraps exhibit different growth habits at different times of the year. Upright traps are generally produced during the height of the growing season while low traps are produced at other times. Some cultivars may only produce one type of trap.
