A good place to go for information on the NASC auction might be the NASC website. (Or the NASC forum here.) It shouldn't be too hard to figure out if you look at opening posts of the 2009 auction. They're usually some time in the summer, but I'm not sure the date for 2010 has been announced yet.

I think it will be in Spring, IIRC that's when it was last year.
