Artificial light

[Love Plant]

Hello, I had gotten a Venus flytrap over the summer. It used to live outside, but I had to go to college so now it lives in my dorm. I need an artificial grow light. I keep hearing different watt numbers and colors. They all seem expensive. Is there a cheep bulb I can get? What would you recommend?
I have a desk light and access to a brooder lamp set up, if that helps.
