Artificial light: thoughts on the plant halo

Howdy! So I'm planning to get an artificial light for my carnivorous plants, Venus fly traps, sundews and pitcher plants. How much time should they be set for and how far from the plant?
Also, I got one of those "plant halo 2.0" things. Wondering if anyone has tried one and has thoughts

Those aren't great sadly. They aren't that powerful so the plants need to be fairly close to the light and they don't cover enough area for more than one plant. People like them since they're a lot better than no light at all but flytraps and drosrea are very high light as far as houseplants go.
