Two of the 4 ripe pods I have harvested from my Devil's Claws. The plants are attempting a second round, but likely won't succeed before frost

Not particularly odd, but you rarely see this shade in flowers I think...

Tip of the hat to aerogrower: while the second seedling didn't make it, this guy is still green and alive thus far...

I call these giant because they seem to average 2-4 feet tall (these are only about a foot, but they're still in the tiny seed pot), and last I checked marigolds are normally supposed to be short bushy plants...
