I think both of those lights are meant as supplemental lighting. If I remember correctly, the manufacturer recommends that they only be kept on for 5 hours at a time. I think the implication there is that the LEDs might stop working in much less time than they would otherwise. If you're looking for a panel, I'd try a 45w Roleadro panel but I can't honestly tell you if it will be enough; although with lighting, I have a tendency for overkill. Honestly, if I had to go back and pick a new LED, I'd go for one that didn't look purple because nothing really looks good under them. There are a few good 2nd generation LEDs from reputable manufacturers that have white LEDs instead of the red/blue mix.
