I've been looking at this for a while, mostly due to price Thats sort of what has me concerned. It's really cheap. The reviews cite the open sides as an issue, but I think that could be fixed with pieces of mylar or aluminum foil. Does anyone own this particular fixture? If so, do you like it?

IMHO, very inefficient reflector

I have the 2 of the four ft, four bulb ones and yes the reflector isn't made of much bends easily very thin, but this has not been a problem . It's good for what I need it for and then some ... I grow everything I own under it..I don't have anything to compare it to though as this is my first "real" light. But my nepenthes, cephs, sundews, and odds and ends are very happy!
