Because it's not a cultivar? S. x willisii is a technically invalid Latin hybrid name, not a cultivar description; registered cultivars also cannot typically have Latinized aspects to their names anyway (I don't get how 'Mangomarginata' got through). The CP Photo Finder also has the alleged true photos.
