no, you cant buy *most permits, the goverment issues many of them.
They look at your education and resons for keeping them. Reserch? wildlife rehabilitation?
Just cause you want them doent mean you can have them. That is inplace to prevent our native wildlife from over-exploitation.
If you keep them anyway, if your discoverd (and you eventually will be) it carries fines, and your creature will be confiscated.
