Any Seeds in the U.S.?

I was wondering if anyone in the U.S. (or relatively close) had any N. Lingulata, Inermis, Jamban, Jacquelineae, Hamata, or Vogellii seeds (or even cheap plants for sale), I'm on a 50$ budget so anything helps!
