Picture one is how this nep was sitting, and two is hot it is currently sitting. Something caused it to come dislodged (apparently) and I'm wondering if I need to repot. Ive only had it for a few weeks.

A repotting question

Hard to say from here, but im guessing the weight of the vine is just bending it. Check by the media to make sure, but its probably fine.
Look through my thread and you can see how they progress feom upright to hanging down. Then new nodes activate and grow upward, till they get heavy and bend down unless they find something to grab. If you like, you can tie the vines up to help direct them where you want them.
