I'm wondering which would be better ofr my vfts come repottting time this spring: plant each one individually in a square three inch pot or pot all three plants into one round 6" pot? I'm also thinking of doing the same for a few of my D. Binatas. Thanks in advance!

dpending on sizeone each per large pot
if they are tiny put them in 3 inch pot individually for the time being
for the binata put one in a 6 inch becuz in my terrarium mine died then 3 months later and three inches away i had ew sprouts from the bulb

It doesn't matter.  Repot them in which ever way you think they would look best.  In either case you will eventually have small plants sprouting from the larger ones, forming nice clumps of plants. I like mine to form clumps others like the individual plants. So just do what suits your preference.
