29 and 10 gallon tanks

I have a 29 gallon that is 6 months old and a 10 gallon tank that is 4 months old. The 29 gallon has some shrimp and fish, but the main focus is on the plants. The 10 gallon is somewhat of a grow-out tank, and I also keep a lot of Utricularia in there.
These pictures show the 29 gallon over a period of a few months.

Here is the 10 gallon. This is not what it looks like right now. Right now it's overrun with algae and the water is really brown.

Sweet looks good. I love glass catfish. I had put some annual killings in my planted tank once. Their peat bowls made a huge mess so it's back to just shrimp.

cool tanks! what kind of shrimp are in there?

It's fire red shrimp. There is one big one and also six smaller ones. Over winter break I plan to get another tank because the 10 gallon is pretty much full with Utricularia.
