Success after 20 leaves!
Now, I must find out if there's a better way to do this! I pull off the leaves and stick em in live sphagnum. 2 months later this one popped up. I lost all the rest. I tried this with 5 leaves.
Next, I pulled out 15 leaves and stuck em in a container of water. None...
I have been looking for a Drosera Falconeri for very long and still have not been able to find one. Does ANYONE have any kind of extra Falconeri, Falconeri seeds, or Falconeri seedlings? I am also looking for any tuberous Drosera. Thanks!
-Johnny
Some time back I had an aphid infestation. I dug up all my woolys, rubbed em underwater in a tank, and left them soaking in a tank for an hour. I repotted everything in sphagnum + perlite and placed them in a terrarium under 16 hours of light daily. 10,000 lux.
Here's a pictoral update of them...
I've read up on the inward spiral that shows a plant is going dormant. However, I got these in August and I havent had enough leaves to even tell where is the spiral right now. They're just doing poorly, less dewy than before, and in general I'm unsure if its time to start reducing the water and...
Hi everyone. Last month I purchased some drosera. The sender sent everything in a box without identifying them. I'm not sure what is what now. May I ask if anyone is able to help me ID these plants?
I ordered these and 8 plaants arrived:
Drosera Falconeri Red Titan
Drosera Falconeri Red Goliath...
Hey!
I have a D. falconeri that isn't looking so hot since, I simply cannot provide the conditions for it. It is a good size, I'd ship it potted. Whoever can show me they have the conditions for it gets it for the cost of shipping. I'd trade it but it isn't doing so good so it's not really...
Drosera falconeri 'Palmerston'.
Drosera ordensis, looking much better in my new setup than it ever used to. The traps are a more intense orange than they appear to be in the photo. I also find this species very difficult to photograph, for some reason, hence the blurring!
Drosera kenneallyi...

I thought you might enjoy seeing pics of different D. falconeri clones. They are all growing in the same tank under the same lighting.
This is one of my favorites. Fairly easy to grow, with dormancy a bit tricky.
Thanks,
Peter...
I got this plant for free from my trip to endo-doc's house yesterday, he said "if they die, they die, don't worry about it".
But I won't let them die without a FIGHT!
D. falconeri is a really cool plant, I was going to bid for it in the NASC auction (and lose other plants I wanted :() but I...
I'm so silly and crazy...

Hi, I was able to cross my wonderful blooming falconeri x paradoxa with one of my stunning blooming ordensis mulligan's lagoon. The seedlings are perfect for shipment and have unbelievable color already. Super healthy, and should be a fantastic never before offered rare hybrid drosera for your...
Up for bid is a D. falconeri. It is potted in LFS and will be shipped potted. Pot is a 2 1/4" square pot. You pay priority shipping (should be $4.60 FREE PACKING!! HEHE) USA only.
Starting bid $2
I made this list up for another thread of what I grow as windowsill plants. I was curious what plants others grow this way.
When I first started to grow CP's, I also thought you had to have high humidity. My first tank has water in the bottom of it all the time to keep the humidity up. The top...
Some shots of the few Petiolaris complex sundews I grow.
Drosera paradoxa
Drosera ordensis X paradoxa
Drosera ordensis - Just coming out of dormancy.
Drosera falconeri - Just coming out of dormancy.
Some better pics of my Drosera falconeri before dormancy.
hey looking for an all red cup trap. I heard there was one. So I will trade a D. 'ladle' or D. falconeri for one. You can have any one of your choice if anyone has one.
Just thought I'd share a picture of my D. capensis all red. It's looking pretty dang red and is currently in flower. Interesting that the flowers open so low in comparison to all my others. Pot is 3 1/4" square, so the plant is pretty big too.
Enjoy :)
I am looking to get a n. villosa. I am trying to maybe clear out my grow chamber of some neps since the ceph and h. minor are going into bigger pots. I have the following:
N. Mikeii
N. Sanguinea
N. Ramispina
N. Albomarginata
N. Ventrata
D. Falconeri
