Anyone tried root cuttings for D.intermedia, D.burmanni, D.spatulata, D.sessifolia and the likes? Successes?

I have a set of D.spatulata and D.capensis. The temps here in Buffalo are starting to drop a night in the mid to low 60's. The D.capensis, I've read, like warm days and cool nights (they look beautiful) but what about the D.spatulata. At what point should I bring my plants in for the winter...

Some of my D.spatulata have been acting weird lately. They will be growing fine one day, then suddenly the tentacles will curl completely inward on every single leaf and the plant will completely stop growth. Could this be some fungus or disease, or is it normal? Thanks, dewy
