on my soil pucks/pots i have a green substance growing its almost an algae or moss or some sort of matter like that...well i asked a local garden store and they said if i had baking soda in my water and wate the soil with that mixture the green matter will go away can someone help me out!??!!?
hey well i have a green film growing on the top of my soil and is spreading around...it is algae im sure of it i need something to get rid of this!!!! also other plants in mym house have developed this? can youtell me how to get rid of this or a product htat does thank you!!!
hi...i have 2 flouescent tubes-Agro-lite. 15watt..made from phillips...they are however small around 1 ft long and about 1 inche wide? are these good enough for growing vft's?
alright i understand how to do the basic cutting etc...but i want to speed up the cloning process by using a rooting hormone etc...like i would take a leaf including its whitish part...then dip into a rooting hormone then into another rooting powder then place into jiffy pucks or rockwoll...

alright thank you for the information...although i still have several more question to ask...you know that idea where you put peat moss in a cloth and dip the tea bag of peat moss in the water and then it turns the ph to 6 or so well is that true and good? because i have ph down and up i can...
oo and by the way im not growing them on water...im growing them indoors for now then putting them outsided here and there to get natural food! basically heres my list
1) best type of container to grow vft's
2) best soil (mixture of some sort) or one single coil
3) best type of artificial light...
