The greenhouse will be lean-to style and will probably measure about 5' x 9'. Unfortunately it will have to face north, getting less light than if it were to face south, the east side will get a lot of light and I might include mirrors. Someone in the area is giving away unused 250 lb rolls of 4 mil. plastic sheeting, so I might go with that (250 lbs is enough to replace the greenhouse covering many times.
