Which watering is best?

unless im getting rid of mold or fungus i water from top
when i get either i water from bottom so top soil can dry off

I always water them from the bottom so the VFT can soak up whatever moisture it needs

I top water and also the plants sit in a saucer of water. As the water level drops in the saucer and the soil looks less wet, I add water from the top with no ill effects. They also get rained on.
