What light to use?

Hi, I am the new owner of a Dente VFT and rather than place it in a window (for direct sunlight), I want to keep it on a table in a room with average lighting.  Any suggestions on what kind of light bulb I can use in the table lamp to provide adequate light for the plant to thrive?
