What is wrong with my Sarracenia?

Hello! There are some things that are on my Sarracenia that worry me. Could you please ID them and help me find a solution to get rid of them? Thanks!
Preferably home-made solutions.

Black spots on S. flava, almost like nectar glands on Nepenthes

Thanks in advance! :)

Both Plants look healthy to me. I've had sarrs make those small spots and keep growing well for me.

Fly turds. It's not unusual for the first few pitchers to be lame looking, however examine closely for the usual suspects - aphids, mealy bugs, thrips, or mites.

Eww! That's fly poop? I touched it so many times. XD
Thanks, I'll watch out for parasites, but it's likely not, I got both plants from two very reputable vendors (Andy and other guy. :p)

Okay, the S. x 'Ladies in Waiting' pitchers are straight now. Seems they needed light. The pitcher still has the bump, but it looks more like a pitcher defect now.
Thanks!

My 'Ladies in Waiting' has produced two curly, helter skelter pitchers too!

Happens sometimes - they should settle down for the next pitchers.
