How can you tell if your vft is suffering from shock, & how long does it take to recover after shipping ?

Shaum,
As a member of the forums, WELCOME! You can tell if your VFT is in shock by not producing traps. Depends on the conditions on how you treat the VFT.

Oh, it might also stop producing traps if it's going into dormancy in the winter.

Hi
After shipping, it should take only a couple of days before it starts growing again. If a VFT really is suffering from shock, say after repotting, it usually stops growing for about a week.
