Utricularia hintonii

Fernando Rivadavia sent me this photo of U. hintonii from Tejupilco, Mexico. It is the only photo of this plant that I have seen.

Thanks for sharing the pic. Kinda hard to tell from the picture, but this looks like a cool utric. Do you know if he or anyone else has been able to cultivate it yet?

Unfortunately it wasn't introduced to cultivation. I found this single flower and lost the scape before I could take the picture. And I have to admit I did not recognize what species it was until months later. I was expecting something much bigger from Taylor's drawings... But we know where it is and hopefully it will be collected again soon by my Mexican friends...
