Utric. reniformis from copper

I received this Utric. from copper earlier this year and it is doing ok. I have the small form and all it produces is the very small ground hugging leaves. I grow it in live lfs/dead lfs with a top coating of live lfs. It is growing in a homemade orchid basket inside a large glass undrained container. It in an east facing window with supplemental lighting. Does any one else grow this plant from coppers stock and if yes how do you grow it? Thanks, Jack
