The miracle fruit berries? probably a couple months.. I know it takes 30-45 days from pollination to ripe berries, but I amnot sure when my plant is going to flower. I am picking up some acidic fertilizer for it to encourage it to bloom as soon ans as often as possible.

Should be about a month before I get any regia seeds to germinate and about 3 - 4 for the majority to have dewy leaves. it depends. I might need to keep a heating lamp near them to increase the temp this winter because it drops pretty low in my basement everywhere besides the reptile cages..
