unknown wild plant

Hi,anyone here who is familiar with this plant. I saw some in the tropical lowland and highland 200m. Perhaps someone in the forum own one. will appreciate the id.

I don't own one, but it looks like some sort of lupine.

The leaves don't look quite right though; lupines tend to have those star-ish shaped leaves.

Beautiful flower, but I don't know what it is. I don't think it's a lupine either. That looks like a vine. The lupines I've seen have a form more or less like a Shasta daisy. Also, that's growing in a tropical climate, and I believe that lupines are temperate.
 
Maybe it's a Bromeliad?
 
I don't think it's that either. Bromeliads have those lance-shaped leaves, and no long stems either.
