It is Drosera stolonifera, I can't tell the subspecies from just this photo but it could well be ssp. porerecta. This is a fairly easy grower for me with a typical tuberous Drosera protocol: Cool conditions, much light and under 11 hrs on photoperiod ideally, a loose gritty sandy mix and infrequent-frequent watering, no tray water except in the rapid growth phase.
