Unknown disease/problem

Have any of you had this on your Nepenthes or know what it is and how to treat? It has taken over most of the plant within a few days :(

Thanks :)

Can you pop one of those bubbles with a fingernail? I suspect that those are a form of scale. Neeeeeeeeem, or perhaps that Bayer rose stuff.

I've had something at least similar to this, caused by thrips. Neem, pyrethrins, etc should do the trick.

SPray with pyrethrin or nicotinoid insecticide immediately!

Thanks guys! I've sprayed today with Neem since its all I've got at home.... I'll also try and get some of the pyrenthrin and try that as we'll and see how it goes.
