Turning yellow!

I just got a n. ventricosa that I ordered from Petflytrap.com a few days ago, and as soon as I unwrapped it, I put it in a 10-gallon with the other plants in the starter set to keep the humidity up. I've been watering with distilled water, and the sunlight's been fine. After a few days of having the plant, two of it's 6 leaves started to turn a bit yellow, and the edges of one leaf have curled under.

Is this just shock from being moved, or is it a problem with the light or watering? To water, I put him on a rack in the sink, and overhead water until it drips out the bottom of the pot. Then I let it drain for a few minutes, and return him to the terrarium. I water the nepenthes about every other day, and all of the other plants are on the tray method. Any suggestions?

How big of a pot is the plant in.
I would not think you would have to water it ever other day. My neps get watered twice a week.

Neps don't like to be in standing water. That could be the problem.

By standing water do you mean letting it sit in the same water, like the tray method, or just water in general? I'm sure to let it drain a bit before returning to to the terrarrium. It's in a four-inch pot right now, with three drainage holes in the bottom.

Here are pictures.

That's the yellowest looking leaf so far.

There's the only curling leaf on the plant. What's up with it?

This poor leaf somehow got it's vein pinched in shipping.

This is the underside of the leaf in the first two photos. Is this that notorious "Rust Spot" fungus that I've read about? If so, does it hurt the plant, and how would I go about removing it?

Here's what was a new leaf forming, but the tip of it was brown and dry, and I cut the dead part off.

As it's two of the bottom leaves, I wouldn't be concerned, this happens naturally and also from shock. As long as the new leaves are green, and keep being produced, I don't think you have much to worry about.

The spots under the leaf aren't clear enough to identify, but they don't look worrysome. Black spots can be everything from insect damage, fungal infection or nectar glands.

Well, there was a new leaf coming out the top, but the end turned brown, and it doesn't look like it's progressing at all. By the way, there are no pitchers, because when it arrived, they were all dried out.

I would bet it's just changing places yellowing. The end should turn brown (the tip). It turns brown if a new pitcher is comming.

The yellowing leaf is continuing to yellow, but I guess that's fine. I looked in the pot, and there were a bunch of dead bottom leaves half-buried in the soil. All of the other leaves are just fine.

Hi,

as can be seen on the last picture the growing point has been cut off a little bit, so you won't see a pitcher at the next leaf. The next leafes should be OK.

I cut off the tip because it was dry and dead, and I didn't want it spreading to the rest of the leaf. Yeah, I should have left it alone.
