Hey, there is no need for profanity.

guys, some people consider the word '####' a profane word.

It probably is, but it has worked it's way into american culture further than pretty much any other 4 letter word, and is acceptable in use sometimes where others are not.

since I have seen the owners use it on the boards, I tend not to get fussy about it. And I am not the type of person that gets all worried about not offending people when they say I do something they don't like, so I won't say to stop using it. I would say however... perhaps it is not always neccessary.

I sometimes wonder how intelligent american conversation would be if we stuck to the generally accepted words and cut the colorful metaphors out of our vocabulary...

interesting thought huh?

I was just joking. I don't really have a problem with curse words.

Well, when people joke on this board system they put a

after what they want to intend as a joke towards that person.

Well, my face icons dont seem to work, though now that I think about it, I should have used the other symbols. Oh well, now I know!
