I would avoid giving ST to P. primuliflora. But if you really want to, try 1 drop per gallon of water.
You might, however, be able to add ST to a fertilizer that is lightly misted onto the plant's foliage. Try a 25% solution of MirAcid, no more than once monthly. Maybe add 5 drops per gallon in addition to the small amount of fertilizer.
Is your plant stressed for some reason? If so, all the more reason to avoid risking weakening the plant further. If the plant is healthy, don't mess with a good thing.
