Spider Plants

hey i was wondering of anybody knew how long it took for a spider plant to prosuce small leaves at the end of the larger leaves? Thanks,
You mean the plantlets? They have to be mature first. My grandmother has a huge spiderplant and it always has like 50 plus babies on it. Huge thing it is! But they need to be mature to deploy the baby shoots.
One way to force a spider plant to produce plantlets is to allow the plant to become root bound in the pot.
mine has about 8 small leaves ranging from about 4 centimeters to 15 centimeters, its pretty small but i cant wait till it gets big! Thanks,
