Today is a special day for taking a little time out of our busy days to think about and give thanks to all the things important in our lives.
I would like to offer a special thank you to Phil Crane for giving us these discussion boards. He has created an amazing community full of the most wonderful, knowledgeable, giving and caring people you could ever hope to meet. Even if we can't see each other, we have all been touched in some meaningful way by many people here.
Phil works long hours to run his business to provide ethically and properly grown plants...and to keep these boards going. It has grown from an idea into something truly amazing. A place to bring together people from all over the world who share a common interest and love in carnivorous plants and plants in general. This is a wonderful place to communicate, exchange ideas and learn, talk shop, to trade or give plants and to have a little fun. He works loooooong hours "behind the scenes" for us. And lets not forget his helpmates, admins and staff too.
So raise a drumstick, a hambone, a lobster claw, a hunk o' Toffurkery or a carrot stick in honour of our highly esteemed Phil...he's Da Man!
You should be VERY proud of this community you gave birth to, Phillip. (Even if sometimes you want to spank us and put us in "time out".) hehe
Much love to you, Your Royal Cuteness!
