Those tiny anemones are Corynactis, commonly called "strawberry anemones" and cover entire boulders in the subtidal zone all along the Pacific West Coast. They vary in colour from orange to reds and purples -- even white . . .
well i'm definately going to have to come back and see the pics, but this thread was VERY interesting, i've been scuba diving before, and loved it, but wow, this was a great read, thanks for sharing! I'll stick to cp's though
