God must have an interesting sense of humor
What mix should I use for repotting my Ventricosa? What is the easiest mix?

You could go for the easiest all around mix, peat and perlite or just pure sphagnum moss. N. ventricosa isn't a very picky Nepenthes and will do just fine in the most simple mix around.

what like 50/50?

Yes, like 50/50 peat/perlite or 50/50 spahgnum/peat just common mixes. I like to go for variety, I'll use like just a handful of each of perlite, peat, spahgnum, orchid bark, coconut chips, stuff like that.
