"You are receiving plants from their natural wild enviroment. They have only received fresh rainwater, no pesticides. They grow wild all over my property, and need new homes. Please make sure you know how to care for, I don't do anything to them, they get everything they need naturally. I do not know very much about terrariums. All plants are over five years old, very good roots. This listing also comes with Sundews from same natural environment. I do not send instructions to care for them."

Yeah, as long as they're collected from his property he's within his rights to collect and sell all the plants he wants. It sounds like he's not too concerned with preserving the native population but what can you do at the end of the day.
