From experience, does anyone know if sarracenias re-generate nectar if it comes off? I'm gessing maybe yes, since the insects it preys on eat some, but just to be sure...

Yes they do. If they did not, the first group of insects to venture into the pits of death would have removed it as they drank to their deaths.
