i have A sarracenia rubra rubra, its still small about
6-7inches tall when should it flower next spring or the spring after?
Leucophyla Season! well at least for me, my leucophyla is begining to get large and collorfull!!

I see this is your first post. Welcome!! Sarracenia rubra ssp. rubra typically are 10-18" at maturity. It very well may bloom next year for you as the pitchers tend to almost double in height every season (until maturity of course, otherwise, think how big that could be!). But...there are other more experienced growers out there...so wait for their response.
You're lucky that your S. leucophylla is doing well this early; mine have not yet taken off!
