San fernando valley

I live in the san fernando valley in canoga park and I just want to know is it possible to grow cps through out the year outdoors . if you can then what do u do to get rid of the heat and let more humidity in . and is it ok for them to be outside for dormancy .

i kinda feel left out , i guess i'm the only person that lives in the san fernando valley

, oh well . the winds r starting to be a problem .

I live near there. (central coast of C.A.) I've been keeping the plants I got from pft that don't need dormancy this year aoutside, and they're looking really good.

I wouldn't leave cps outside during the winter....the ones that need dormancy that is...just mist them at least three times a day. (when you wake up, when you get home from school/work, when you have dinner, and before you go to bed)
hope that helps.
