Red Spots

A lot of my plants seem to have these red dots all over their leaves, Some of them big and widly spaced while some like my alata x minor hybrid has a bunch of smaller closely spaced ones that seem to be killing off the pitchers.

What is this?
Does it sound like rust spot?
How can I stop it?

Thanks!

probably better for the Pitcher plant forum

not to mention its getting close to winter, they should be going into hibernation.

Mine have done the same thing and im thinking its maybe from sunburned.

pictures?

no pics, my comp wont size them correctly so they wont load on right

I have some on my heli too, they kinda look like they might be bruises.

I saw the topic title so I was gonna post MEASLES!!! But...I guess not...

Pitchers often get red blotches on as they age. The pitchers dying off are probably due to the approaching winter.
